Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of Media Bulk Download Pro. If the plugin does not function as described on your site and our team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility

• First purchase of Media Bulk Download Pro made on pluginnests.com.
• Submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
• A support ticket showing the problem with steps to reproduce (and, if possible, screenshots/logs).

Exclusions

• Renewals or upgrades (recurring or manual) are non-refundable.
• “Change of mind”, discount/price adjustments, or requests after the 14-day window.
• Environments that are unsupported or heavily customized (e.g., outdated PHP/WordPress, conflicting third-party code).

How to request

1. Email support@pluginnests.com with your order ID (from Paddle), purchase email, and a brief description of the issue.
2. We’ll work with you to resolve it. If unresolved, we will approve the refund.
3. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to your original payment method.

Effect of refund

Refund approval voids your license key and ends access to updates and support.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
