These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Media Bulk Download Pro WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”), published by PluginNests (“PluginNests”, “we”, “our”, “us”) on pluginnests.com.

1) Who we are

PluginNests is a software publisher focused on WordPress utilities. Contact: support@pluginnests.com.

2) Products

We sell digital software (WordPress plugins). License keys are delivered by email and activated inside your WordPress admin.

3) Merchant of Record & payments

Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, tax/VAT, and invoicing. We do not store your card details. See Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy on their website.

4) License

  • Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of sites allowed by your chosen plan.
  • Licenses permit lifetime use of the version you obtain. Updates & support are included for 12 months from purchase, unless stated otherwise. Renewal extends updates & support.
  • The Plugin’s code is provided under a GPL-compatible license; your purchase governs updates/support/activation and any included services.

5) Ownership & restrictions

All branding, design, and code authored by PluginNests remain our intellectual property.

  • You must not publicly share license keys or circumvent activation systems.
  • You must not use the Plugin for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

6) Delivery & activation

After successful payment, your license and download information are emailed to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering a valid email and securing access to it.

7) Support & compatibility

  • Support is provided by email at support@pluginnests.com during business hours. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
  • We test with current WordPress/PHP versions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme or third-party plugin.

8) Refund policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases if the Plugin does not function as advertised and we cannot resolve the issue. For details and how to request, see our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued via Paddle.

9) Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data and how Paddle processes payment information.

10) Limitation of liability

The Plugin is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PluginNests is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin.

11) Termination

We may suspend or revoke license services (updates/support/activation) for breach of these Terms. Your GPL rights to the code are unaffected by service termination.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
