Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer straightforward refund options depending on the product type.
WordPress plugins (via Paddle)
All Pro plugin licenses purchased through Paddle come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and returned to the original payment method.
- Once a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated.
- Renewal payments are also eligible for a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.
PhotoPad — Shopify app
Subscription plans
PhotoPad subscriptions (Pro at $9.99/mo, Business at $29.99/mo) are billed through the Shopify Billing API and include a 7-day free trial on paid plans. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin — no charge if you cancel during the trial.
- Shopify handles all subscription billing. Refund eligibility for subscription charges follows Shopify's app billing policies.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will work with Shopify to resolve it.
One-time AI background removal credits
Credit packs (50, 200, or 500 background removals) are one-time purchases processed through the Shopify Billing API. Because credits are delivered instantly and never expire:
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been consumed.
- Partially or fully consumed credit packs are not eligible for a refund.

- We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
Digital products — no physical returns
All PluginNests products are digital goods (software plugins, apps, and credits). There are no physical items to return.
