Custom Plugin Development Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

PluginNests provides custom WordPress plugin development services. By submitting a plugin request and completing payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Billing Models

One-Time Purchase (Own It): You make a single upfront payment. Upon delivery you receive a lifetime license and full ownership of the plugin code. You are eligible to list the plugin on the PluginNests marketplace.

Annual Subscription (Subscribe & Save): You pay annually. PluginNests retains full intellectual property rights to the plugin. Your license remains active as long as the subscription is active. Canceling the subscription terminates your license. The plugin may be listed on the PluginNests marketplace at our discretion.

3. Delivery

PluginNests will develop and deliver your plugin within a reasonable timeframe. You will receive an email with a download link and license key upon completion.

4. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of the work, all payments are non-refundable once development has commenced. If we are unable to complete the requested plugin, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

Under a One-Time Purchase, full IP rights transfer to you upon delivery. Under an Annual Subscription, PluginNests retains all IP rights throughout and after the subscription period.

6. Marketplace Listing

One-Time Purchase clients may request to list their plugin on the PluginNests marketplace. Revenue sharing terms will be agreed upon separately. Subscription clients are not eligible to request marketplace listing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalating to legal proceedings.
