Common questions
How do I activate a Pro license?
After purchasing, you'll receive a license key by email. Go to Settings → Media Bulk Download (or StoreDash) in your WP admin, enter the key, and click Activate License. No second plugin needed.
My license shows "inactive" after activation
Make sure you're entering the key exactly as received (no spaces). If the problem persists, email us at support@pluginnests.com with your license key and site URL.
The ZIP download isn't working
Check that your server has the PHP ZipArchive extension enabled (most hosts do). Also ensure the wp-content/uploads/ folder is writable. If you're on the Free plan, the limit is 10 files and 5 downloads per day.
Where is the "Download as ZIP" button?
Grid view: Select media items, then click the Download as ZIP button in the toolbar at the top of the grid.
List view: Check the files, open the Bulk Actions dropdown, choose Download as ZIP, and click Apply.
Can I use the Pro license on multiple sites?
Each Pro license covers one site. If you need more sites, purchase additional licenses. Email us at support@pluginnests.com for volume discounts.
