Can I use StoreDash without WooCommerce?

No — StoreDash is a staff portal for WooCommerce stores. It requires WooCommerce 7.0 or higher to be installed and active.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Paddle as our payment processor, which accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and many local payment methods worldwide.

Do I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?

How does license activation work?

After purchase, you'll receive a license key by email. Go to your WordPress admin → StoreDash → Settings → License, enter your key, and click Activate. The plugin verifies it against our licensing server and unlocks Pro features immediately.

Can admins still use the regular WordPress admin?

Yes. StoreDash only redirects users with the storedash_staff role (or without manage_options capability). Administrators retain full access to both StoreDash and the regular WordPress admin.

Is it compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?

Yes. StoreDash declares full HPOS compatibility and uses the WooCommerce Order CRUD API exclusively — no direct database queries.
