What happens after I purchase?
You’ll get a Paddle receipt plus a download & license key email. Install the plugin zip and activate your key in Settings → Media Bulk Download.
Will Pro replace the Lite version?
Yes. Pro auto-deactivates Lite on activation to avoid duplicate UI.
Do you offer refunds?
We follow our Refund Policy and handle payments via Paddle (Merchant of Record).
Is my media changed?
No. The plugin reads attachment paths and streams a ZIP. It never edits or deletes your media.
